Before your appointment please ensure that you have not used any creams or moisturisers, and ideally do not wear make up, around the eye area or on the natural lashes on the day of the appointment as this can prevent the lashes bonding.
Once your semi permanent eyelashes have been applied, avoid using water, make-up or creams around the eye area for up to 48 hours to give extensions time to settle and fully bond with each lash. During this time you are also advised to avoid saunas and steam rooms for the same reasons.
Avoid using eye make up removers or solutions near the lashes that contain oil, P.E.G. (polyethylene glycol), propylene glycol or other glycol based ingredients whilst wearing lash extensions. Use of these ingredients may prevent extensions from fully bonding with lashes, shortening the life of your eyelash extensions. Feel free to swim and wash your eyes but be sue to pat them dry rather than rubbing.
If you choose to wear mascara whilst wearing eyelash extensions, please ensure it is NON- WATERPROOF. Repeated use of mascara whilst wearing extensions may cause extensions to loosen and shorten their life span. We sell a mascara designed specifically to complement the eyelash extensions for £10.00. If you chose to have your lashes removed please ensure that it is done by a trained professional to avoid damage to your own lashes.
